Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of ger.llc and the apps published by Ger LLC ("we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms.
Apps from the App Store
Apps you download from the App Store are licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple's standard EULA), unless an app provides its own license. Apple has no responsibility for supporting or maintaining our apps.
Purchases and subscriptions
In-app purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple under its terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. Apple handles refunds.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse our apps or site. For example, don't break the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the services, attempt to reverse engineer them except where the law allows it, or use AI features to create unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Your content
You own the content you create with our apps. You give us permission to process it only as needed to provide the features you use. For AI features, you're responsible for how you use the output.
Our content
The apps, designs, names, logos, and site content belong to Ger LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Disclaimers
Our apps and site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. AI-generated results and information in apps such as realest8.club may be inaccurate and aren't professional, financial, or real-estate advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ger LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the app or service in the 12 months before the claim, or US $50.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms, and the effective date above will change when we do. We may suspend or discontinue any app or feature at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
